Icon Inspections, LLC. was founded by David Evans in 2016. David wanted to bring modern methods and technology to the home services industry and the result was Icon Inspections. David believes that technology can be utilized to to gain a clearer picture of the house as a system and the quality of the air inside it. He is passionate about ensuring a home is safe for the new homeowner. Identifying the presence of radon in a home is part of ensuring the home if safe for its occupants.  David is a graduate of the ASHI School, an active member of ASHI Georgia and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  He is a Certified Professional Inspector and is also a certified radon tester and indoor air quality inspector.  David also has a Master’s of Business Administration and a Master’s of Information Technology.
